Fabrication 1 SS

Design, weld and fabricate new and existing equipment, parts and tools.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains all welding and fabrication equipment and supplies.
Builds, creates and designs equipment throughout the entire facility based on orders received.
Uses welding and other fabrication equipment to fabricate equipment as needed.
Maintains any testing requirements as set forth by your supervisor or company; keeps up to date any training that will be needed for this position.
Possesses knowledge of and utilizes Simmons Hot Works Program as needed.
Participates as a member of the Team.
Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure B.

As a member of the Team, fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues; e.

Physical Activities:
Must work on feet the entire shift with lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending and working in the extreme heat or cold.
Be able to lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds.

Experience:
Proficiency in various types of welding such as MIG, TIG and stick.
Knowledge and use of oxy acetylene torch and plasma cutter.
Computer skills.
Industry
Experience:
Preference for poultry or food processing organization.
Minimum Education:
Must have strong math skills.
Preferred Education:
Experience with AUTOCAD.
High School Diploma or GED.
Competencies:
Communication skills & decision quality - Must have the ability to make good decisions and communicate effectively with others and leadership team.
Have the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines; have the ability to seek out and solve problems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
